So, now I'm done. I've been using CJS Keys for years and have always been happy. But this time Microsoft won't let me redeem my codes, possibly be cause I purchased XBL Ultimate trials when I already have a subscription - I kinda get that, but say that in the description. Anyway, I tried to submit for a refund, but I don't like their process. Why do you need a screenshot of my MS purchase history and another of my subscription history? Ask me what you need to know and I'll tell you. But my history is over 20 years old - I'm not sending you all my data! And my subscriptions are none of your business! If you have specific questions, ask them. But asking for all of that data is invasive and I'm not down. Keep the $13 and use it to mine for more data someplace else. We had a good run!

Would not use this site again as I was given a code that didn’t work and I have to wait to they resell code to get my money back plus when I was on site things kept popping up for me to like there Facebook page witch they dont have a lot of things kept popping up for me to do before they gave me a faulty code

I am giving 5 stars purely for customer service. I am having problems downloading a programme...my fault or my old laptop at fault I'm sure. However the amount of communications I have received from this company has been outstanding. I haven't resolved the problems yet but I have to praise Rick and Kirsty for all their help no matter what the outcome
